Looking for a creative mind to help you get the products you need for your next big design project? Frustrated with material suppliers who don’t know the importance of detail in design, the importance of creativity in materials? At Architectural Foam & Art, we have designers and artists whose only job it is to innovate, design, and create new ideas and concepts in architectural foam. If you’re an architect who’s looking to incorporate architectural foam into your next design project, we’re the company to help you.
Architectural Foam & Art has been in business for over 17 years. Over that time, we’ve seen the architectural foam industry change drastically. However, rather than just experiencing those changes as they’ve come, our team has created a lot of those changes. We have several employees who specifically work on new ideas, new techniques, new methodologies for creating efficient and durable foam products, new ways to mold and cast foam, etc.
The Sky is the Limit!
We love taking on your custom projects! We are always excited to try new things and really make our clients vision come to reality. We have a comprehensive list of products which can be used as a model for something custom, or just tell us your idea and we can start drawing up some concepts we can work off of.
At Architectural Foam and Art, we are always striving to try out the latest and greatest products and techniques. Our goal is to figure out ways to get our customers something new and fresh while keeping the costs down. We have a dedicated section of our company designed just to try out new products and procedures just to accomplish this end!
Speed and Quality
No more waiting 1-3 business days for an answer! When it comes to our communication, we try and get back with all our customers with the hour during regular business hours, if not quicker! When it comes to our production times, we are always working to speed up our turn around times and get our products out as rapidly as possible. In most cases, raw foam products have a 1-4 day turn-around time depending on the size and complexity. Other finished/painted products can take up to 5-10 days based on the desired finish, quantity and/or complexity.
Our team dives headfirst into product research and general R&D. That’s what makes Architectural Foam & Art an industry leader in this space. And that’s what makes us perfect for architects who want to create a masterpiece building or house, replete with state-of-the-art foam accents.
Over the years, we have amassed a catalog of over 500 foam products. Many of these are design ideas that we created ourselves. We have a little over 30 product categories all in all, with several foam designs within each category. Here is a brief list of just some of the product categories that architects often order from for their projects:
- Foam baseboards

On top of our 500+ products, we also take on several custom design requests every week, like a life-size Boeing 737 airplane cockpit, or a 10 ft. tall rearing stallion. If you can think it, we can foam it!
How Do We Do It?
The beautiful thing about foam is that you can make just about anything out of it. Your imagination is the limit, and our architect clients have huge imaginations!
But how do we do it? How do we create these efficient, durable foam products, and how do we do it all on a budget that makes foam accents cheaper than wood or metal accents?
For starters, we use state-of-the-art computer design and cutting systems to produce the foam. But before we even get to the computer or the saw, our designers and artists are working with pencils, styluses, rulers, french compasses, and other drafting tools to hand-draw concept ideas for new foam products.
After a drawing has been rendered into our computer software, we use our in-house cutting equipment to precision cut the design from energy-efficient, high-quality, EPS foam. The result? A pristine, custom-created foam product ready for installation.
