Architectural Foam & Art has been in business for over 17 years. Over that time, we’ve seen the architectural foam industry change drastically. However, rather than just experiencing those changes as they’ve come, our team has created a lot of those changes. We have several employees who specifically work on new ideas, new techniques, new methodologies for creating efficient and durable foam products, new ways to mold and cast foam, etc.

Speed and Quality
No more waiting 1-3 business days for an answer! When it comes to our communication, we try and get back with all our customers with the hour during regular business hours, if not quicker! When it comes to our production times, we are always working to speed up our turn around times and get our products out as rapidly as possible. In most cases, raw foam products have a 1-4 day turn-around time depending on the size and complexity. Other finished/painted products can take up to 5-10 days based on the desired finish, quantity and/or complexity.

On top of our 500+ products, we also take on several custom design requests every week, like a life-size Boeing 737 airplane cockpit, or a 10 ft. tall rearing stallion. How Do We Do It?
The beautiful thing about foam is that you can make just about anything out of it. Your imagination is the limit, and our architect clients have huge imaginations!
But how do we do it? How do we create these efficient, durable foam products, and how do we do it all on a budget that makes foam accents cheaper than wood or metal accents?
For starters, we use state-of-the-art computer design and cutting systems to produce the foam. But before we even get to the computer or the saw, our designers and artists are working with pencils, styluses, rulers, french compasses, and other drafting tools to hand-draw concept ideas for new foam products.
After a drawing has been rendered into our computer software, we use our in-house cutting equipment to precision cut the design from energy-efficient, high-quality, EPS foam. The result? A pristine, custom-created foam product ready for installation.
